An exhibition celebrating 50 years of Family studies and research.
CISF - International Centre for Family Studies, established in 1974 by Don Giuseppe Zilli, the long-time director of Famiglia Cristiana.
Over the years, it has grown to become a prominent national reference point in the field of family studies.
The Centre undertakes research and projects in partnership with both Italian and international institutions. It also promotes cultural and educational activities for professionals, local authorities, administrations, organisations, and volunteers.
Furthermore, CISF conducts in-depth sociological analyses and drafts policy recommendations available to legislators and institutional actors.
Each year, CISF issues a Family Report, which observes and reports, the social changes impacting Italian families using a multidisciplinary methodology.
This exhibition, featuring 50 photos of 10 Italian families captured in moments of everyday life, marks the 50th anniversary of CISF’s activities and celebrates the beauty inherent in relationships and acts of care.
